Growing up it felt like we were sharing dad with the whole world. Looking back I realize God had called dad, and his calling was felt so deeply that he poured himself out. I have been left with his legacy and good will from the people that he gave himself to sacrificially. He left me an inheritance of commitment to God that shines the light on my path in a changeable world. He was taken from us early. He left us knowing we were loved, directing us to stay on the right path and leaving a host of people that would bless our lives in return. The grandchildren were so young when he died that my desire was to put in print some of his influence and life so they will have a portion of what was given to me. I hope others will enjoy reading of his life and legacy.
