Take Me, Break Me, Make Me
Take Me, Break Me, Make Me
Take Me
- Receive Me.
- Don’t leave me on the pile.
- Choose me.
- Call me.
- I’m Available.
Break Me
- You use broken things, I’m willing to fall on the Rock and be broken.
- Not my will, but thine be done.
- I’ll say yes.
- David said – “Before I was afflicted, I went astray.”
Make Me
- Mold Me – Like a Potter molds a vessel.
- Make me an instrument.
- Prodigal said – “Make me as one of thy hired servants.”
- “Make me what I ought to be, help me to be more like thee.”

Bro. Ballestero; Thank you for this post.
This was written a long time ago, but it’s still my prayer…
Chorus: “Break my heart
With the things that break Your heart,
Let me see what You see when You look at me,
Make me over, anew, into –
A vessel that’s fit to be used by You.
For I know if I continue – in my own way,
I can never be used by You – so this I pray…
“Let me see, help me to be,
What You would have me to be.
Verse: My heart is deceitful and wicked,
And my flesh minds not the things of Christ,
If I’d be used in His precious Body…
I must let Him rule and reign in my life.
