When’s The Last Time You Really Prayed Through?
No, I don’t mean when is the last time you knelt and prayed. I am not even asking about the last time you prayed and cried. I don’t even want to know about when was the last time you spoke in tongues.
But, What I Want To Know Is…
- When was the last time you really prayed through?
- When was the last time you prayed until you surrendered to His Will and ignored yours?
- When was the last time you prayed until laid your all on the altar?
- When was the last time you prayed until you felt truly changed?
- When was the last time you prayed until your soul felt renewed?
- When was the last time you prayed until victory and His joy enveloped you?

- When was the last time you prayed until your marriage became safe?
- When was the last time you prayed until you put God before your desires?
- When was the last time you prayed until everyone in your family felt secure?
- When was the last time you prayed until you never wanted to be like your were?
- When was the last time you prayed until you lost you bitterness?
- When was the last time you prayed until lost your hatred and hurts?
- When was the last time you prayed until you lost track of time?
- When was the last time you prayed until you felt Divine strength?
- When was the last time you prayed until you had God’s answer in your heart?

This hits home.. Pastor Burgess preached about not being a “one night stand” everything seems to be about emotions. We need music to pray and worship cause it plays on our emotions. So then we can pray on wednesday and Sunday. But what about the rest of the days of the week? This goes hand in hand. It reminds me of when you pray after the music fades and everyone is leaving after service. I long to reach this point. Your blogs have truly made me think about my walk with god. Thanks for putting your heart into words.

This post makes me so hungry for God. I wish I wasn’t at work and I can’t wait until I can get in a place to pray. Thank you so much!

Some of these really made me stop and think that I need to be praying in more depth than I have been.

This literally smote my heart! Thank you for such a timely post. I had a good praying through during my evening prayer time, and God dealt with me about an individual with whom I have had strife. Only he was able to help me and allow me to see this individual, and “see their face, like seeing the face of God”. As Jacob saw Esau. There are things in our lives that can only be dealt with by having an encounter with God! A praying through!

Thank you for these anointed reminders, Bro. Ballestero. It’s an eye-opener to some areas of our lives that need a real praying through. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!

This really hit home. Made me realize how I’ve allowed things, circumstances, petty junk to push me away from God. I love Him and desire to get back to the real basic feelings of when i first received the precious holy ghost. This is awesome. It made me realize you can be as close to God as you desire to be. It’s a spiritual warfare for sure. Thank you brother.
